Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at withawg.comand any related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Aligned Workforce Group, PBC (“AWG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Description of Services

AWG provides:

• AI workforce readiness assessments (Environmental, Leadership Awareness, and Organizational Readiness)
• Industry-level automation risk data and visualizations
• Personalized reports and recommendations based on assessment responses
• Consultation booking and partner matchmaking services
• Certification programs (AI Aware, AI Aligned, AI Ambassador)
• The AWG-endorsed partner network (Certified and Strategic Partner directories)

Advisory Nature of Services

All assessments, reports, scores, recommendations, and other outputs provided through our Services are advisory and informational in nature. They are not guarantees of any particular business outcome, return on investment, or competitive advantage. Assessment scores reflect a point-in-time evaluation based on the information you provide and should not be treated as definitive measures of organizational capability.

You are solely responsible for any business decisions you make based on our Services. AWG is not liable for actions taken or not taken in reliance on our assessments or recommendations.

User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating an account and to update it as necessary.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
• Provide false or misleading information in assessments or account registration
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute assessment content, risk data, or reports without written permission
• Misrepresent your certification status or use AWG certification marks without authorization

Intellectual Property

All content, assessments, methodologies, data visualizations, reports, branding, and software comprising the Services are owned by AWG or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written consent.

Your assessment responses and company data remain yours. By submitting them, you grant AWG a limited license to use that data to provide and improve the Services.

Certification

AWG certification is awarded based on completion of defined criteria at each level. Certification status may be revoked if we determine that the criteria are no longer met or that information provided during the certification process was materially inaccurate. Certification does not constitute an endorsement, warranty, or guarantee of any business outcome.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AWG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to AWG, if any, during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for conduct that violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users, AWG, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, intellectual property, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
